This is a fully remote role within the United States. We’re eliminating the financial complexity of healthcare – and we need a lawyer who also thinks like a business person. This is not a ticket-queue job. It’s a seat at the table. More specifically: we’re looking for a transactional attorney with a solid commercial foundation who’s ready to be a builder. If you’ve spent time at a firm or a larger in-house team and found yourself wanting more context, more ownership, and a front-row seat to how the business actually works – this is that role. You’ll be the second attorney in Turquoise’s history, joining a GC who built the legal function from the ground up shortly after the company’s founding. The infrastructure is in place, and now we need someone to help scale it. As Commercial Counsel, you’ll be an embedded partner across the company – Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, People Operations, and more – helping us move fast, close deals, and figure out the right answer on hard questions.
