Celigo is looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will be primarily responsible for engineering IT solutions. The IT Engineer will be solving incoming help desk questions handling level 1 and 2 tickets.This person would liaise with third party support to assist in using cloud-based services.

• Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion, onboarding and offboarding automation, and other global automation initiatives
• Support and maintain core IT infrastructure while contributing to a strong security posture
