Sales Enablement Lead
Context of the Role
Thunes is hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to own and run the Thuniversity Certification - our programme for reinforcing, activating, and scaling the insight-led commercial methodology across the global commercial team. This is a programme-leadership role with a strong field and coaching dimension: you will run the certification day to day, develop the people in it, and own the continuous feedback loop that keeps the programme sharp.
You will report to the VP GTM Operations & Enablement, working in a fast-paced, international environment alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and the People team. We are looking for a credible, structured operator - part programme manager, part field coach - who runs enablement as a continuous system, not a calendar of events. This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
