The Human Resources (“HR”) Generalist position will primarily focus on providing support onsite to our Warehouse/Distribution center team and will also support HR Operations. This role will also work closely with the onsite HR Business Partner on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, counseling, team member development, and retention. The HR Generalist will also be able to partner more broadly with the HR department on other assigned duties and projects.
- Investigate, document and resolve employee complaints/grievances. Investigations can include, but not limited to peer, supervisor complaints, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc.;
- Assists in handling employee Federal, State and company leave of absence, including discussions with employ
