Talkiatry is seeking a Director of Clinician Marketing to lead clinician-facing marketing for our growing team. Clinician Marketing at Talkiatry serves three core functions: (1) Own the messaging, positioning, and employer brand for Talkiatry's clinician audience. (2) Drive demand generation, including paid media, and orchestrate the recruitment marketing campaigns that bring qualified mental health clinicians to Talkiatry. (3) Own the research and represent the voice of the clinician across our key clinical audiences, serving as the marketing team's liaison to Operations, Clinical, and Product teams. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you'll act as the primary conductor for clinician-facing marketing across the company. This is a senior individual contributor role in which you'll manage external agencies, contractors, and media partners to extend the team's reach, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Talkiatry, including Talent Acquisition, Operations, Clinical, Creative, and other Marketing teams. You'll own and scale an established clinician marketing function, building the demand-gen engine and employer brand that fuel Talkiatry's clinical growth
