FanDuel is seeking a Manager, Tax Product Advisory to serve as tax counsel supporting FanDuel’s product and technology teams. This role sits at the intersection of tax, product, and engineering and will play a key role in ensuring tax requirements are effectively translated into and maintained across FanDuel’s customer-facing products.
The ideal candidate will operate as a day-to-day advisor to cross-functional teams, translating complex federal, state, and jurisdiction-specific tax laws into clear, actionable guidance. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Tax, Legal, and Finance teams to support the ongoing integration of tax requirements into product functionality and user experience. Your guidance will directly inform product decisions and help shape how FanDuel delivers compliant, scalable customer experiences, while escalating complex or high-risk matters to senior tax leadership.
