What You'll Accomplish Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience: You will own the scheduling logistics for high-volume interview loops, ensuring every candidate feels respected and valued through timely, clear, and professional communication. Drive Operational Excellence: You will maintain 100% data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System ( Ashby ), ensuring that candidate records, interview stages, and feedback forms are accurate and up-to-date.
