Your Mission As a backend leaning Full-stack Engineer at Ben, you’ll help build and scale the features that power our platform from benefits browsing and payments to provider integrations and smart admin tooling. You’ll take features from idea to production: understanding the problem, scoping solutions, building, shipping, and making sure what you deliver truly solves the need. You won’t just be handed tickets, you'll contribute to shaping why we build things, how we build them, and what the future of our product looks like.
