We’re looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Intern to support data-driven initiatives across our People team. This role offers hands-on experience working with real workforce and compensation data, contributing to high-impact projects, and exploring how analytics and emerging tools shape decision-making.
What You’ll Work On ...
- Support the development of curated, analysis-ready HR datasets (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring trends)
- Assist in maintaining data quality through validation checks, refresh processes, and documentation
- Contribute to defining and documenting key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, and tenure
- Analyze HR and compensation data to generate insights and support ongoing projects
- Help improve and redesign dashboards and reporting (Excel, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Support salary survey submissions and market benchmarking efforts
- Assist with compensation-related analysis, including job pricing and structuring new roles</
