We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Account Management team. Account Management is a full stack team that owns the customer-facing self-service channels that customers depend on to manage their auth, identity, and security related state — operationally critical surfaces that directly affect customer experience, support efficiency, and fraud/risk outcomes. Working in tight partnership with our internal decisioning, checkout, risk, security, and analytics teams, this role requires a strong cross-functional leader that can effectively manage competing priorities while providing rigorous, end-to-end, technical stewardship.
