As the PM for Customer Identification and Verification, you own the KYC layer of our onboarding journey, the critical path that determines whether a merchant gets activated or drops off before they ever process a payment. That means KYC conversion rates and onboarding cost are your metrics, and the line between your work and Mollie's revenue is direct. The timing makes this role part
