The role & it's impact: As a Partner Success Manager, you will work directly with our most complex accounting partners across Queensland to accelerate their growth and increase revenue from their existing client base. You will challenge traditional thinking and help firms understand the true value of the full Xero ecosystem, guiding them on how to successfully embed and use Xero practice tools to drive efficiency. In this role your focus will be facilitating sustainable growth, retention, and development within your own portfolio. By delivering education, strategic advice, and proactive guidance, you will enable partners to unlock their full potential and support Australia's small business economy. The team & how they connect: You will join a collaborative and high performing team of seven, reporting directly to our Manager of Partner Success and who all work together to support our partner network. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional internal teams like our Partner Consulting team, to deliver comprehensive education and seamlessly implement Xero's suite of tools within our partner practices.
