Marketing Event Coordinator

About the role

Regard is seeking an Marketing Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of customer-facing and industry events. This role will help deliver a variety of programs, including customer summits, executive dinners, product launches, webinars, and industry conferences. Reporting to the Sr. Event Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and support event execution from planning through post-event follow-up. This is an opportunity to play a key role in creating high-quality event experiences that strengthen customer relationships, elevate Regard's brand, and support business growth.
