We are now looking for a Partnership Manager to join our small but driven remote team. You must have proven experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and outbound outreach. You’ll work closely with the team on a daily basis and help establish and improve workflows, deadlines, and routines as we continue scaling.

Requirements
Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts
Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms
Proven experience with outbound email outreach using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets or similar tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot

Our platforms currently have 44,000+ monthly active users, 5,000 leads in backlog, 500 business clients, 450 partners, ~100 inbound leads per month without outreach, and up to 30 monthly renewals.
Compensation
Base salary: $2,000/month
Uncapped performance-based commission
Estimated minimum total compensation: $3,750/month
Estimated average total compensation: $5,300/month
High-performance months: $8,000+/month
