We are looking for a Hardware Product Manager to own and evolve the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio and end-to-end merchant experience (choose, buy, receive, set up, operate, replace), ensuring the right form factors exist, work reliably, and ship profitably across regions. What you’ll be responsible for Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end—what we sell, where we sell it, and how it evolves over time (launch → scale → lifecycle management → deprecation). Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes. Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery → PRDs/requirements → vendor selection → validation/testing → launch → iteration and in-field support. Spend time with merchants (owners/managers/staff) to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
