We’re looking for a mid-level Paid Media Account Strategist to support strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on in ad platforms and capable of contributing to campaign strategy and performance insights. You’ll work closely with our team members and partners, and participate in client-facing conversations.

- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and occasionally other platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup
- Write and test ad copy and creative variations
- Monitor performance and implement ongoing optimizations
- Contribute to overall account strategy and campaign planning
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and testing
- Align campaign structure with client goals and KPIs
- Analyze performance data and translate into clear recommendations
- Prepare reports and client-ready insights
- Participate in 2–3 (avg) weekly meetings (internal + client calls)
- Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates
- Collaborate with team members across paid media and SEO
- 2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience

- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
