Our platform automates the high-friction work - scheduling, payments, communications, and charting - so providers can focus on patients. We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer who is equal parts technical expert and customer advocate. You will be the bridge between our platform and the clinics we serve. In this role, you will: Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production. Drive Data Migrations: Build and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract information from legacy systems. Embed with Customer Teams: Understand their needs, remove blockers early, and guide the adoption of what you build. Make Trade-offs: Balance scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery. Refine the UX: Work within our React/Next.js stack to polish interfaces, ensuring onboarding flows are intuitive and high-value for clinic staff.
