Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced React & .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and .NET technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and overall reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective fixes.
Maintain clean, organized, reusable, and well-documented code while supporting automated testing and development processes.
Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry standards, and development best practices.
Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Support production escalations and troubleshoot application issues as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience developing applications with React.
8+ years of professional experience developing applications with .NET.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, bundlers, and development workflows.
Proficiency with Git and source control management practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet demanding delivery timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
Experience working with SQL Server and relational database technologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative software delivery.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
