We're seeking a talented Quantitative Engineer eager to step into a trading role focused on prediction markets. You will join a team building strategies to identify and execute trades directly using live capital. This role provides substantial autonomy and direct upside and exposure to the results of your work. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies for US equities and cryptocurrency markets. Manage trading activities, including real-time trade execution, risk management, and position sizing. Continuously refine and optimize existing algorithms to improve trading performance. Analyze market conditions to identify profitable opportunities using statistical and machine learning models. Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
