Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing midterm rental and real estate education business. This role is primarily focused on content creation, social media growth, and marketing execution, while also supporting key administrative and operational tasks to help the Founder stay focused on high-impact activities such as webinars, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a marketing-driven operator who understands content, audience positioning, and brand consistency, but is also organized and reliable enough to support executive operations when needed. This is not a task-only VA role. We are looking for someone who can own marketing execution end-to-end, while also acting as a trusted right hand to the Founder.
