About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Rep with an opportunity to grow into an accountt manager to help grow Contra’s network of top creative studios. This is a relationship-driven growth role focused on sourcing and onboarding high-value studios onto Contra. You’ll identify standout studios, build relationships with founders and operators, help them establish a strong presence on the platform, and guide them toward running their client payments and contractor payouts through Contra. You will act as both a strategic partner and a trusted point of contact for studios as they grow on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the creative industry, has strong taste, is highly proactive, and enjoys building relationships from scratch.
