Role Overview We're hiring a Head of Talent to build and own the full recruiting function at F2 — from strategy to close. We're doubling our headcount over the next two quarters, and this role is critical to making that happen. You'll partner directly with Finance and senior leadership to build hiring plans, set comp bands, and bring the caliber of people who will define what F2 becomes. As our first dedicated talent leader, you'll build the function from the ground up — with real ownership and real impact. This is the right role for someone who has built hiring infrastructure from
