Skillbridge Overview
This job posting is specific to the DoD’s Skillbridge program and is only open to personnel eligible to apply for a DoD Skillbridge program. Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for SkillBridge. SkillBridge permits you to use up to the last 180 days of service to train and learn with an industry partner. During SkillBridge participation, you continue to receive military compensation and you are covered by your military benefits. Release for SkillBridge is always mission-dependent, however, and your unit commander must authorize participation prior to entering into any agreement with interested industry employment partners. Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Software Developer. As a Software Developer at the company, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing features that empower utility operators to efficiently manage and monitor their electrical grids. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data integration solutions, designing intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring the platform's scalability and reliability.

User Interface Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that provide utility operators with actionable insights. Focus on delivering a user-friendly experience for monitoring and controlling electrical grids. Scalability and Reliability: Architect and develop the platform with a focus on scalability and reliability. Ensure that the software can handle large volumes of real-time data and maintain high performance under demanding operational conditions. API Development: Create and maintain APIs that enable seamless communication between the platform and external applications, allowing for easy integration with third-party tools and services.
