As Commercial Counsel, you will support a broad range of commercial transactions across Doppel’s global business. You’ll handle both customer-facing deals and vendor/supplier agreements, enabling sales growth while ensuring Doppel’s internal operations and procurement contracts are sound. This is a hands-on role with high visibility across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:SaaS / license agreements
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Reseller & channel partner agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Vendor / supplier / procurement agreements (IT, services, cloud infrastructure, professional services, etc.)
• (Nice to have) Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and privacy/se
