About the role

About PINOC PINOC is the company's studio for generative 3D: a faster way for creators and game devs to produce 3D assets and bring them straight into their existing pipeline. We want a creator who lives on camera and online, makes videos that show what PINOC can do, teaches people to use it, and grows a real audience of creators and game devs around it. You'll be the person the community associates with PINOC: the tutorials, the demos, the "how did you make that," and the voice carrying what creators need back to the team. What you'll do Make videos end to end: script, shoot, edit, publish. Tutorials, demos, showcase pieces on YouTube and social Build real 3D assets in PINOC and walk through your process on camera Grow PINOC's audience and reputation on social, mainly YouTube, and across 3D / game dev communities Run streams, workshops, and Q&As, and help creators get unstuck Bring back what creators ask for and struggle with, so the team can improve the product What we're looking for A creator who ships content solo, idea to published video, with a reel to prove it Natural on camera and a clear explainer who can show creators how PINOC fits into the way they already work Hands-on
