ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically strong early-career professional to join our FP&A team. In this role you will support the full cycle of financial planning and reporting – building models, preparing variance analyses, and helping produce the materials that inform decisions across the firm. You will gain broad exposure to Generate’s business by partnering with teams across underwriting, asset management, capital markets, and accounting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in sustainable infrastructure.
