About the role We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will be the technical face of Teleskope to our customers. You’ll operate across pre- and post-sales, sit between Go-to-Market and Engineering, support technical needs of customers in pilot, and serve as the dedicated technical resource for a large cohort of active subscription customers. The role requires hands-on engineering: writing bespoke integrations/automations, fixing customer-specific issues, and delivering production-ready technical solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
