Principal Software Engineer, Core Experiences (Remote Eligible)

About the role

For over 20 years, the company has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.

Core Experiences owns the platform and front end behind the company's most used work surfaces. These are the sheets, reports, and dashboards millions of people open every day to plan, track, and run their work. Underneath them are petabytes of customer work data, one of the largest and most valuable datasets at the company. As AI agents join human teams, that data has to serve two very different users. People expect an instant, real-time collaborative experience. Agents read, write, and analyze at machine scale. Meeting both means rethinking how sheet data is stored, served, and moved between our operational systems and a world-class lakehouse platform.
