Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a responsive, Reservations Coordinator to support a growing corporate housing and property management organization. This role is the front line of our revenue engine, responsible for capturing and converting inbound booking inquiries across all major OTA and corporate housing platforms. This position blends fast, high-quality lead response with meticulous platform management and pipeline tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and guest-obsessed. Someone who understands that every unanswered inquiry is revenue left on the table. You will work closely with property managers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all inbound opportunities are handled promptly, all platforms remain accurate, and every lead is followed through to a confirmed booking RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Response & Booking Conversion: Monitor and respond to all inbound inquiries across OTA and corporate housing platforms (Reloquest, Nomad, AltoVita, OWL, and Silverdoor and others) within defined SLA windows.
