To strengthen our HR team at our location in Bexbach, we are currently looking for a dedicated HR Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on office management.
In this versatile role, you will support our HR Business Partners with operational and administra-tive HR matters, as well as the smooth operation of the office management. You will serve as a key organizational liaison within the company and actively contribute to a positive employee ex-perience.
Aufgaben
Providing support to HR Business Partners in e.g.:
Operational HR processes and HR-related documents
Establishing employment contracts, contract amendments, resumes, and certifi-cates
Application management and recruiting activities
Benefits and employee programs
Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees
Administration and maintenance of the time & attendance system (bedatime / Compu-time), incl. tracking of leave/sick leave
Assistance with payroll preparation
Organization and support of employee events and company functions
General correspondence and communication via email, phone & mail
Organization and management of meetings, conference rooms, and scheduling
Coordination of external service providers, e.g. cleaning or maintenance companies
Management of administrative matters such as fuel cards and company anniversaries
Support with general organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
Qualifikation
A degree in human resources management, business administration, business psychology, or comparable qualification; alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship with ex-perience in human resources
Discretion and confidentiality, as well as the ability to work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner
Team player, reliable, organized and highly self-motivated
Conflict and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional appearance
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR systems (e.g. time & attendance tools) is desired
Enjoy working in an agile and dynamic environment
Very good German- and English skills, written and spoken
