Job Description: the company is adding an Onboarding Manager to the Customer Experience team. As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll partner with each Dental Practice and take over onboarding responsibilities from the Sales Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring each Dental Practice can implement their the company software, host working sessions and training, and offer custom support. Job Responsibilities: Deeply understand the business goals and focus of each dental practice to ensure they are set up for long-term success. Provide support and guidance on account setup, addressing both dental operation questions and general technical inquiries.
