The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for customer cash collections, invoicing query resolution, and accounts receivable escalations. These activities include working directly with Smartsheet customers and Sales team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve all billing, invoicing, and collection issues while delivering a high-quality, timely, and effective customer experience. This position reports to the Supervisor of Accounts Receivable.
