This is a high-visibility, high-craft role for someone who can lead brand evolution across every touchpoint – from product launches and campaigns to social, environmental, and editorial design. You'll define the visual system that makes Superpower instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore. What You'll Do Lead design across brand moments: product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and cultural initiatives Design across mediums — web, social, print, packaging, environmental, editorial, and motion Build and evolve the brand system: toolkits, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries that scale Collaborate directly with founders, product design
