ANINE BING is looking for a Shop Manager to join the team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris.

The Shop Manager is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. This person will lead the in-store business and partner closely with the sales team to drive performance through customer relationship selling, personalized 1:1 service, and strategic brand visibility.

The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.

Responsibilities Include

• Meet and exceed store sales targets, taking full ownership of the store's commercial performance.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance.
