Coaches help mentees prepare for recruiting through resume reviews, interview preparation, and guidance on financial modeling, forecasting, and planning processes. Ideal candidates have experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within established organizations and can translate that experience into clear, practical guidance.
