About the Position

Responsible for collaborating with the company stakeholders to attract, select, and hire quality full-time and contract talent for both the corporate, field, and virtual organizations. The role includes active recruiting as well as building and maintaining relationships with highly qualified prospective candidates that can be leveraged as new opportunities emerge and business needs evolve. Drives full cycle recruitment, including identifying talent profiles, interview guides and processes, posting positions, sourcing and networking, screening candidates, interviewing, and initiating the contracting or hiring of the most qualified individuals.
