Program Manager, AI Transformation (GTM)

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will own the strategy and execution of AI-driven automations across our GTM stack. The main focus of this role will be driving internal AI initiatives that help Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps move faster and operate more intelligently. The GTM organization is accelerating its AI transformation to improve operational leverage, scale efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role partners closely with GTM leadership, Business Systems, Data teams, and AI Engineering to define the AI roadmap, test emerging solutions, and turn insights into operational wins.
