This is one of the most important roles within the company. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO across many of the most important business functions – strategy, recruiting, operations, fundraising, culture, and more. We’re willing to take 6 months to find the right person for this role, and want to make sure that we are incredibly aligned. We're looking for traits rather than credentials. People who are suited to this role might have a background in venture capital or as a founder.
