About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Experiential Marketing Coordinator to scale Candid's event presence across conferences, community meetups, and flagship events. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Lead, you will be the operational backbone of Candid's event program — ensuring every touchpoint, from a regional builders meetup to a national trade show, is executed flawlessly and drives measurable pipeline impact. Events at Candid are a core channel for brand visibility, community building, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for turning our event calendar into a high-quality lead source and community engagement engine, coordinating logistics end-to-end, managing vendors and venues, and ensuring our teams show up prepared and on-brand every time.
