The People Operations Generalist is responsible for managing and scaling core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. This role drives efficient onboarding, maintains HR data integrity, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this individual optimizes systems, streamlines workflows, and implements scalable, process-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth.

What you will be doing:

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding

• Manage and continuously improve new hire onboarding and new hire orientation programs, including pre-boarding through ramp, and expanding the department onboarding experience.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hires, transfers, promotions, leave of absence, and off-boarding
• Ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality onboarding
