You can read more about who we are and how we work here . The role We're hiring our first Ops Associate . You are the voice of Lucis to our members and the face of Lucis to our labs. What you'll own: The member experience Direct ticket handling across email, chat, and phone — you're on the queue Macro library, tone guide, CSAT/NPS tracking, QA of outgoing replies De-escalation of sensitive health conversations The lab partner portfolio (owned) SLA tracking, QBR prep and running, partner documentation, SOPs Field visits to collection centres across active markets New partner and new centre onboarding The bridge between the two (highest leverage) Systemic issue detection — pattern-matching across tickets and partner performance Cross-functional bug loop with Product & Engineering Launch ops for new markets, partners, and product flows Tooling and automation (Intercom, Attio, Notion, n8n / Make, LLM-based workflows) In a typical week you might answer 200 member tickets across email and chat — warmly, honest
