tl;dr - Our Product Growth team is looking for a Staff Engineer to run high-leverage, data-driven experiments for Scribe’s 5M+ users. You’ll partner with an analytical and product-minded team to brainstorm, plan, build, ship, and analyze rapid improvements across our acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage journeys. About the role Scribe’s PLG motion is a major driver of our accelerated revenue growth. With over 5 million users across 600,000 organizations, every experiment you ship can move company-level metrics within days in a meaningful way. Product Growth at Scribe is different. We don’t just tweak button colors or copy – we reimagine core product interactions . Every member of the team is empowered to experiment across the entire product – from acquisition to onboarding, collaboration to pricing and packaging, expansion and referrals, and more. We set ambitious growth goals, ship multiple experiments each week, and iterate quickly as data comes in. Everyone is comfortable forming data-driven hypotheses, making decisions from results, and moving with urgency.
