You’ll be embedded on-site with leaders across nursing, operations, finance, and IT, mapping their most complex workflows, driving organizational change, and architecting rollouts that transform how hospitals run. You’ll build the playbook for how Vitalize scales from 20 to 200+ hospitals — and your insights will directly shape our product and company strategy. This is a role for a top 1% operator who wants to build a category-defining enterprise motion from scratch.
