About the Role We’re looking for an Employee Experience Lead who thinks like a host, operates like a founder, and sweats the details. This role owns the in-office experience end-to-end—from how the space feels when you walk in, to the quality of coffee, to the energy during lunch. You’ll design an environment that supports deep work, spontaneous collaboration, and the kind of moments that make people want to be here.
