We’re looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with a General Partner across the full lifecycle of investment and company formation. This role sits close to decision-making and execution across investing and company formation. This is a force-multiplier role for someone who can move fluidly between executive-level judgment and hands-on execution. One hour you’re pressure-testing a portfolio company’s pitch deck; the next you’re arranging logistics for a campus event or reconciling a formation timeline.
You are organized to a fault, genuinely fast, and comfortable owning ambiguous mandates end to end. You think structurally, you sweat details, and you have strong instincts for the simplest path to be taken.You are exceptionally reliable, and responsive.</
