About the role This role will support our Manufacturing, Engineering, and Fleet Operations organizations, partnering with leadership to drive high-performing teams in a fast-paced, operational environment. Working closely with HR and Talent, the Senior HR People Partner will shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure compliance with California employment law. Responsibilities Lead complex and sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, and legal compliance.
