About the role

Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. Our Future Projects unit is dedicated to expanding and complementing these capabilities by conceptualizing and pre-developing new technologies, products and programs. As a Test Site Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our test site in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities In your capacity as Test Site Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include: Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities Supporting development and AIT teams on operations-related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.) Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations Supporting procurement for basic ne
