We're looking for an Implementation Partner Manager to help us build and grow Lightspeed's partner ecosystem in France. ***Please note that this role is based in Paris, France*** What you'll be doing: Help find, recruit, and onboard new implementation partners in France to grow and expand a local partner network Own the day-to-day relationship with existing partners and make sure they hit Lightspeed’s quality, certification, and performance standards Train and enable partners so they can successfully implement Lightspeed products on their own Pick up and resolve cross-regional Partner Ops tickets across EMEA, handling partner queries and escalations Track partner performance metrics and step in when things need to be improved or corrected Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, and Product to keep partner strategy aligned with Lightspeed’s go-to-market plans for Spain Be the voice of the French market internally: share partner feedback, local insights, and competitive intelligence with the wider team You’ll have the opportunity to
