The Principal Product Manager will drive client and user-centered design across products, focusing on developing AI-driven payment solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Help define and execute IXOPAY’s next-generation platform strategy - evolving our platform into a modular, scalable, intelligence-driven payments ecosystemDrive long-term platform thinking while balancing near-term customer and market prioritiesLead product strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management for tokenization and risk productsDevelop capabilities across:Network tokenizationVault/token lifecycle managementCard account updater servicesFraud prevention and risk orchestrationAuthentication and compliance flowsPayment performance optimizationTranslate customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging payment trends into differentiated product capabilitiesWork directly with enterprise customers, payment processors, networks, and strategic partnersSupport go-to-market initiatives with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessDefine KPIs and success metrics around adoption, payment performance, conversion, token utilization, fraud reduction, and platform scalabilityIntroduce and operationalize AI-assisted tools to support:Product management basics (e.g., story writing)Accelerated prototypingResearch hypothesis testing and synthesisHelp the product organization leverage AI to improve speed and quality Skills
Extensive experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibility in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments infrastructureDeep domain expertise in one or more of: Payment orchestration, Tokenization, Fraud/risk systems, Payment gateways/acquiring, Payment optimizationExperience building platform products and APIs for enterprise customersProven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product and Engineering organizationsExperience managing and developing Product ManagersStrong strategic thinking combined with operational execution excellenceExperience with network tokenization, card lifecycle management, or payment network integrationsFamiliarity with modern payment ecosystems including PSPs, acquirers, issuers, and alternative payment methodsExperience with machine learning or data-driven payment optimization conceptsBackground working in high-growth fintech or infrastructure/platform companiesExperience leading globally distributed teams Benefits
