You will partner and collaborate daily with our business teams, preparing and negotiating commercial agreements and helping the business navigate intricate and unprecedented challenges inherent in a rapidly evolving tech company What you’ll be doing: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, strategic partners, and vendors/suppliers across NOAM, EMEA and APAC. Delivering legal and general commercial advice to key stakeholders across all Lightspeed departments. Documenting legal know-how and delivering training to the wider Legal Team and business stakeholders.
